We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Whether you are unsatisfied with the flavor or simply had a change of heart, we want to ensure you have a seamless experience.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Timeframe: Your request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: While we prefer items to be in their original packaging, we understand that to evaluate our Strawberry Shilajit, you may need to open and sample it. We accept returns on both unopened and partially used jars/containers. If more than Half the sticks have been used or opened returns wont be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number ready when contacting our support team.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to TheOfficialAvylone@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]."
  2. Provide Details: Let us know briefly why you are returning the product so we can improve our service for the future.
  3. Receive Instructions: Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide you with a return authorization and the shipping address for your return.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your Strawberry Shilajit arrived damaged or there was an error in your order, please notify us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
